You have to create a profile on FNB's internet banking and then you can link your paypal and third party bank account. Withdrawals are then possible. I don't believe top-ups are, though. PayPal calls it a subscription. It's easy enough to setup under your selling tools, in your account. The problem is that it has to be done in U$D.
