		<description>Actually, FNB now allows withdrawals to third party bank accounts. You have to create a profile on FNB&#039;s internet banking and then you can link your paypal and third party bank account. Withdrawals are then possible. I don&#039;t believe top-ups are, though.</description>

Yes Nic, it can be done. PayPal calls it a subscription. It&#039;s easy enough to setup under your selling tools, in your account. The problem is that it has to be done in U$D. Good luck getting South Africans to make payment in U$D.
You should check out Monsterpay or VCS or Mygate to do Rand transactions.
