Luckily I got the DevEx controls for .net and their tutorials, helping a lot. This is a pretty good solution for those who don't have the resources to go buy something. I remember grabbing a list of countries and provinces from some html source code on a government website, I then wrote code to str_replace, etc. and import into the database, it was a complete nightmare!
