The SitePoint CSS Reference was opened up to the public recently, after being in closed beta for a few weeks. Personally, I would like to commend the SitePoint Team on a job well done – the site is very concise and covers a broad range of topics.
Of particular interest is the User Contributed Notes section found at the bottom of each page – this allows users to comment on each section, allowing the average user to expand the site (much like php.net allows users to add notes to the PHP reference manual). The reference also includes information about each property’s browser support.
The SitePoint CSS Reference certainly has the potential to become an immensely powerful tool! Also, coming soon: the SitePoint JavaScript and HTML References!
