Sjoe, so it’s been months of planning on getting a new car and finally about a month ago, I started to get up early on Saturday mornings to cruise around looking for a car. Thanks to Mike, I had the image of a BMW Compaq fixed in my mind, but unfortunately I was unable to find one, as they’re seriously tricky to get.
Anyway, upon looking for one a week ago, I came across one which made my legs shake with excitement and let’s not even explain how I felt after test driving it! It’s so damn sexy and sylish if I may say so ;)
So what is it?? I got myself a toy, a Ford Fiesta ST *grin*
What a ride! I’ve never flown around like this before. Busting out 115kw of power in it’s sleek and sexy black shell, which rests on beautiful 17s, I honestly fly down the roads strapped tightly into the bucket seats with my hands grasping onto the racing wheel! I managed to get my sound system moved from the Corsa to the ST, so I’ve got the tunes sorted out – all in all, I don’t think I’ve been so happy in a long time ;)I must admit, it’s a fantastic feeling to go out and get a new car, but what’s even better is knowing that you did it all yourself without anyone assisting! I am truly so proud of myself, at the beginning of the year, I was really struggling and I’ve pushed myself to new limits to get where I am. Each and every time I get into the car, I say to myself.. ‘remember how you got here’ and I apply the feeling to my job!
I would like to thank Dee and Mike for all the constant help with cars and the financials involved, without you guys, this would never have happened!

Petrol’s up again? This is why living in a small town close to CT is great. Cleanish air, cool, everything in walking distance, HSDPA internet – what more could one ask for? :)

Ye mate, I was in an underground parking lot and really thought the pictures would come out better, but ye, these mobile cameras are not the greatest. I will make sure I get some good pictures during the day!
