Last time Infected Mushroom came to South Africa they threw up a massive party and believe me, it was an incredible night! It was made clear that it was their last tour to South Africa, but now we’ve just been informed that they will once again be playing in South Africa, in June!!

I must admit, I’m very tempted to make a plan to attend this, as I know what their acts are like:

So amped, signed up a few weeks ago.
If you’re thinking of going, you should make sure you’ve signed up hey, the guestlist will grow fast and it’s already April.
Hectic, I think it’s going to be a rocking concert. I’ve been pumping Vicious Delicious over the past couple of days, styling album.
Ya, but it’s normally different with psy parties, they don’t get like booked out and shit, although, is this an outdoor one?
Vicious Delicious is awesome, love it.
Psy may not be as hectically booked as house, but they’re still a big act, and they’ve been promoting it for a few months already. They haven’t released venue info yet, may be outdoor but if it’s in June, chances are good it won’t be.
Go and sign up if you’re thinking of going, seriously – then at least it’s done and if you change your mind it doesn’t matter.
Ye, very different style to the usual, which is lovely.
June will probably be indoors ya, I hope they have a massive location like that City place at the airport!
That’s true, what’s the link to sign up?
I love Artillery, Heavyweight, Sulliman best. Bugger that, I love the whole album really – but those are my favourites.

Ah, ye, I’m signed up with Urban Wave, I’ll go do my thing this evening :) thank you.
BP Empire was a rocking album, I love the tune: Merlin!

Yes Sam, they are coming to SA, I’m sure there’s information on 3am.co.za ?
hey guys…
does sumone know how much da tickets are???
I’d imagine the prices would be on 3am.co.za or urbanwave.co.za – Hope that helps!
There are no prices, you need to register at urbanwave.co.za to apply for invite. Best do it soon if you’re keen to get on the list, it’s going to fill up quickly.
The whole taboo element, that’s so Peter Styvie :P
Actually, it’s an Urban Wave thing – all their parties are free but invite only. I think it’s a good way to do things, makes more sense and generates a lot more interest.
All their parties are free? Uhm, are you sure about that?
The ones’ I’ve registered for have been free, may have just been those though. They do cig promotions among other things, when you register you add if you smoke and what brand, so think they make their money that way.
damn, this concert is going to be awesome. Anybody know where I sign up?
David – Get yourself onto the Urban Wave website* bud, that’s where you can get tickets, etc. :)
I think he means the Urban Wave website David – you have to apply to get invite, best bet is to apply now and put your mates on the list where you can add them, and get them to add your name there too.
I have registered a few times already, but the more you register the more chance you have of getting in… and you do NOT want to miss this one, I sure as hell don’t! :-)
Thanks Rox!
yes, i have applied, i really i hope i can get to see this concert though. I’ve been looking forward to it ever since I heard Infected Mushroom was coming to South Africa.
Ye, I’ve seen Infected a few times and they really do put on a wicked party! Enjoy it!
what time are they playing, and do you know the venue?
As far as I know, the details were released today as well as the list of people who made it into the lineup..
Damn, I registered but never got an SMS. :( I really wanna see these guys; does anybody know of a spare ticket floating around? 083.248.7218 Thanks, Carl
Shame man, I should have applied and given my tickets away, will do that next time, I’ve seen Infected Shrooms play plenty of times :)
