Will iMod earn $500 in Adsense for May?

So the race is on! I set myself a task for this month and that was to up my traffic, increase my rank on some aggregator websites and acheive $500 in Adsense from this blog.

1. When I reached mid month, I checked in on my progress and was rather sad to see that things were pretty much the same in terms of traffic, so I put a few nights aside to do a little work on my SEO tactics and here is the result..

2. One of the spots I watch closely in terms of rankings is Amatomu. I realised that I’d dropped quite a bit down the ladder, so once I got my traffic going again, I’m pleased to say that I’ve moved back up into the top 25 places on the home page..

3. Lastly, Adsense – I’m currently sitting around $450 for this blog for this month. If we divide 400 by 28 we arrive at around $15 a day. Bearing in mind that we have tonight, thurs, fri & sat left, there’s a good chance of adding another +- $60.. that would mean that I could possibly reach my target, what do you think?

Looks like people can still make money online! What’s totally awesome is that this is a Cape Town (South Africa) blog, so there’s limitation of which affiliate accounts can be used. Oh, and please remember.. this is only Adsense revenue that I’m talking about ;)
