Fe and I were invited to go to Yzerfontein this weekend with Dani and Morne, two wonderful friends of ours. There was no doubt in our minds and the date/time were set immediately.
We managed to set off, early afternoon yesterday and arrived, after much delay, towards 16h30, if I remember correctly. The drive out was fun, first time I’ve really had a chance to take Storm out on the open roads and really give her a bit of a purr.
As per usual, we managed to chill a lot whilst Morne and I ventured forth into finishing a bottle of brandy as well as a few beers. Unfortunately, the inside fire/braai place was not working, so we had to brave the cold to cook our food, which turned out delicious.
The night was really enjoyable and I actually didn’t feel to broken this morning, apart from extreme exhaustion!

Next weekend, we’re off to Yzerfontein again for the joint celebration of Zee and my 26th Birthdays! It’s going to be an insane weekend, 7 double rooms, 14 people, tons of booz, inside swimming pool and a bunch of other exciting things. The count is on.. 5 more sleeps!

Oh wow, nah, we got friends in 2nd lane I think it’s called and we usually stay there, this weekend we’re staying in some fancy place with an indoor pool!
