Yea this recipe is definitely for white muffins with chocolate chips, not chocolate muffins with chocolate chips =(. I want a SERIOUSLY chocolate muffin

Bad excuse! You can always turn the oven up to make things “rise”. Cold weather does have an effect on baking!

@Richard – That sounds like a good idea actually, I meant to bake these things today, but just didn’t get a chance :(

@Ian – I didn’t get a chance, today was a little more manic than expected! I do have some munchies though :)

@Rustig – Shit mate, sorry hey, hehe, I just didn’t find the time and to be honest, it’s freezing on the 16th floor, naked chef just wouldn’t do my justice ;)
