Web 2.0 Summit Launchpad winner – Good Guide

An exciting event, which has just passed at this week’s Web 2.0 Summit was the LaunchPad. The Launchpad is a showcase of 6 companies, each of which gets 5 minutes to pitch to a collection of VC’s, entrepreneurs and other tech leaders.

Once the companies are finished pitching, the audience is asked to vote. Once the votes were cast, GoodGuide was called up front as the winner. Goodguide has just released its iPhone application, here, which takes its database of the safety and “Goodness” of consumer products to the mobile platform.
