35 degrees in Cape Town, say what?!

Geez, it’s absolutely boiling isn’t it?! Last night, Ian, Fe and I headed up to the sky pool last night and took a dip at around 21h30, it was absolutely awesome up there. The wind was warm, the water was refreshing and the view unbelievable.

Sleeping last night was a complete mission and I’m so heading down to Canal Walk to buy a huge fan later on today when things cool down. Talking about things cooling down, it’s 35 degrees in Cape Town today, almost impossible to even move around!

It looks like it’s going to be hot all week, so prepare yourself for a tough one! I know this week is going to be a bit hectic for me, I have got quite a lot of work to get through and basically have 7 working days left this month! I refuse to carry over work to the new year, so it’s basically going to be head down and produce!

I hope everyone’s had a great weekend, it’s been a great one on my side!

35 degrees…damn, that is hot. Well, at least you guys have a breeze down there – you should feel 35 degrees in Joburg or Pretoria in wind-still weather.

That’s hot, don’t know what the air temp is here in the one traffic lighted village of Rayton (east of Pretoria) but just checked the pool and the water is 26 so perhaps I must do my hippo thing and go wallow.
    Have a great day.

Hehe, it was boiling! Today’s not nearly as bad, there’s actually a nice breeze, so I feel far more relaxed.

I’m going to do some wallowing tonight though :)

Got something to say? Go for it!
