If you’ve chosen to work from home, then you will know all about space. I’ve freelanced many times and it’s difficult to share your private areas with your work areas, space always becomes a problem. Well, it used to, until companies such as MisoSoup Design come along and with their creative juices come up with something like this..

Just imagine how much space you will save and how well it would fit into an area, which might be used for entertainment as well. Naturally, there are no filling cabinets or big spaces to put all your notes, but in a digital world, the requirement for that is becoming less and less.

Looks pretty cool, only thing I thought would be a welcome change, for some more comfort, is to kick out a square space at the bottom for your legs to go through, you know, for one of those lazy sitting stretches :P
Ye, you’re right about that one! My desk at the moment doesn’t have too much room for stretching out my legs and it’s really really annoying!
Certainly looks neat, hey! Just one thing though: just make sure you screw it to wall real tight, looks like it might come crashing down on you sitting on that chair!
On another note: have you any idea what has happened with Afrigator, Chris? Looks like it is suspended since 14 January. No blog posts are being picked up at all since that day, so you can’t follow new posts from your favourite bloggers. No one seems to have noticed? Do you know what’s up? They are normally good at alerting us to downtime and stuff.
Absolutely, I wonder what the best way to screw it to the wall would be without detracting from the sleek/neat feel it already has. Perhaps 90 degree angel plates on the top.
From what I understand, there are 3 advertisers who are slacking on delivering banners to Adgator, so they’re basically just waiting for that and then things will roll.
Did you read my post about verticals? .. http://imod.co.za/index.php/2009/01/17/the-truth-behind-verticals-when-it-comes-to-advertising/
Oooooh. Now that is exactly what I need!
It’s useful hey Dolce, wouldn’t mind one myself, but Jean made a good point about the leg room..
It definitely looks like something that will both be useful for using up very little space in a room, as well as looking pretty good, for holding books, and what ever else you can put on it.
I’d get me one, but I never have money for anything.. damn student life.. meh.. :/
I need to have an open space above my head, just like it that way, it has nothing to do with being able to receive signals from the mother ship… err… I promise.
Ye Jean, I remember when I was a student, freaking annoying, but don’t worry, your time will come mate :)
Haha, ya ya, I know you’re dealing with those outer space beings Dimi, just admit it mate ;)
