Chris: I had a look at FNB Online trading, but still not really sure about if I should go ahead or not. Pity it is only limited to SA Shares. I feel it is the right time to start looking to invest. Although a thorough research will have to be done as things are still not setttled in economic world.
I’m actually looking into using the ABSA online one, as most of my portfolio is already at ABSA and their online banking facilities are absolutely excellent. You now can access your investment portfolios through your standard ABSA Internetbanking.
I’m glad to see the banks making these facilities available to Joe on the street.
Did you get paid to write these FNB posts?
lol – at least the Adsense keywords pay well ;-)
@Rustig/@Arne – I have had a read over it all, and it’s interesting. I’m still tossing up between this and Allen Gray and a few others. It’s incredible hard to know which direction to go these days!
@rafiq – I’m not at liberty to comment on that mate..
@Chris – I take that as a yes.
Shouldn’t you disclose to your readers what are paid for posts?
We still on for Wednesday?
Assuming that it is a “yes”, why would I need to disclose that though?
Just for the record.. I never said yes.
Wednesday bro, I can’t make it, this time of year is absolutely killing me! I’ve had a damn event every single night thus far :(
We need a Sunday tweetup or something, that could work!
I looked into the Share Investor/Builder systems on FNB, but I’m not sure it was for me. I need money to be there when I want to spend it – that’s all there has to be to it. Making things more complicated’s not my cup of tea.
Still, frigging 10/5 for the signup process. FNB’s seriously in the 21st century with their online portal. It’s the only reason I still bank with them :P
@rafiq – I’d gladly blog full-post-with-banner endorsements of products and services that I find excellent. As soon as everything’s settled with my ISP, I’m going to blog about that. As soon as my new PC arrives, I’m going to blog about the supplier.
Not every post about a company/service has to be paid for.
But you’re not even blogging – you’re just copying and pasting chunks of ad garbage from FNB’s own website! Do you really think your readers are that dumb?
It’s not a paid post, it’s merely communication of information to my readers, as I’ve been blogging about places to invest recently and a lot of my readers are curious in my findings.
Simple.
I say string the text as you must. To the reader who likes to spit fire – go read something else if you don’t like what you getting from this blog.
@Observer: if you are coming here for unbiased and objective views, then you’re in the wrong place. it’s all about making a couple bucks and increasing the social Status
I should write a post on examples of comments not worth responding to.
What does everyone think?
Chris, you have my vote on that one, lol.
