Wow, it’s really awesome to see South African companies, like SynthaSite getting huge International investment! Now, I know SynthaSite isn’t souly based in South Africa, but there is a team here and it did start here, so it’s still ours ;) This is not Synthasite’s first investment, they’re getting good at this!
Reinet Fund has invested $20million into SynthaSite, which is a fantastic injection and will put them nicely ahead in terms of expanding on such a strong foundation. TechCrunch picked up on the story and published their views here.
I think this is fantastic, it would be even better if dear old Vinny would return to South Africa and stop playing with the International folk – come on Vinny!
