Launchy is a fantastic little Windows application, which makes life on a computer far easier. After installing the application, it simply runs in the background and waits for a trigger. To trigger Launchy, you simply press alt+space and a box pops up. This box allows you to start typing the name of the application you want to use or the directory/location on your computer which you want to open:
