It’s a joke. You misled your readers. You conned me into signing up to your email feed, which only comes through at night – not when your posts are made. (I’ve not even received the latest clue by email, which will only arrive tonight anyway.)

I am sure it was just a delay, the comm was on the money, If you really wanted to take part you would have been sitting like all of us with our fingers on the F5 key.

Scam – uhm, dude, seriously, just get on with the fun and games. Life is not that serious. You posted at 1:34pm, which means that it wasn’t all of a disaster. OK, sure, Chris’ system was a little flawed but it’s only a cellphone on a little blog for enthusiasts.
I love reading Chris’ blog for the entertainment value and not for what I can get out of it. There are millions of blogs out there. If you don’t like this one, move on.

@Scam – I’m truly sorry that you feel that way dude. I guess, that you need to accept that this competition was targeted at early adopters, who are people that would use the F5 button instead of wait for an email feed.
It’s a lesson learned dude, take it on the chin and keep going. Chris is a very diplomatic guy and wouldn’t deliberately mislead ANY reader.
He, like many other successful bloggers, knows that respect for his readers is more valuable than his blog itself.
