This app helped me fix a lot of XP bugs.
Haven’t installed it yet on Windows 7.
First time I’ve seen this application, have grabbed a copy and will give it a whirl during the course of the week.

Been using it for about a year now. Regular updates and it does what it says on the box. You can save your registry before fixing things. Very important as things can go wrong.
I haven’t actually tried it out yet, but the minute I go on holiday, it’ll be something I’m going to explore. Well, this, and the move to Windows 7 for a couple months before I look into Mac’s :)
