This week’s movie review is all about Alice in Wonderland. I remember watching this years and years ago when I was a little kid and then I remember talking about just how trippy it was with some friends during my late teens. All-in-all it’s a movie that’s had huge success over the years and this new one is bound to capture everyones attention, again. Oh, and it’s Tim Burton, what more could you ask for?
I don’t want to go into too much detail (the trailer gives you enough information), but a basic outline is as follows: 19-year-old Alice returns to the magical world from her childhood adventure, where she reunites with her old friends and learns of her true destiny: to end the Red Queen’s reign of terror.
What do you think? Going to be good?
Keen on watching something else that’s new? Take a look:

Are you sure the title of the post is right?
Sighh.. don’t know how keen I am on going to see this. I LOVE the old disney animation one, it is a classic! Tim Burton does great thangs, but there are certain movies you really should NOT touch. I mean look at how he completely slaughtered Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, another classic, which he should NEVER have attempted to remake..those new oompa loompa songs are so fail :(
@Lionel – Have I made a mistake?
@Rachel – I have to agree with you to an extent; Some of these movies should be left as classics and shouldn’t be reworked; I am going to remain optimistic and hope for the best though. Charlie and the Chocolate factory original was just brilliant, I think I’ve watched that a thousand times!
Chris no offence, but isn’t it a bit lame trying to get conversations started to attract more hits when it’s co clear the headline is wrong? :)
Nah, I’m confused bro, hate it when this happens!
Serious? Ha ha! Wonderful should be Wonderland
OMS! That’s just plain embarrassing! Dammit!
