Ultimate Tactics is an RPG adventure game. You set out with a swordsman in training and collect new members for your team of warriors as you go along. Pick random battles to train, or take on missions in the city. Find treasures and collect gold to buy upgrades for your characters. The controls are a little clunky, since you always have to indicate that you want to end your turn, even when you are out of actions for that turn, which slows down gameplay a little.
On the other hand, the sprites are cute, the game is well-made, and it’s one of those games you can keep running while you’re at work and return to whenever you like.
Awesome! Looks very much like the Final Fantasy series on Nintendo DS.
