National Braai Day is a non-profit organization that was started by Jan Scannell roughly 6 years ago and has grown wonderfully in an organization that unites people of South Africa. The organization is funded by passionate individuals who believe in the initiative.
For those of you who are South Africans that don’t know when National Braai Day is, shame on you! It’s the 24 of September! So get your pen out, mark down the date and make sure you’re geared up for a braai :)
COMPETITION: With National Braai Day around the corner and in light of creating awareness, the organizers are giving away 60 lambs in 60 days!!! To enter, all you have to do is join the Facebook Page and each day fans of the page are invited to answer a simple braai-themed question on the page by just leaving a comment – the draw takes place using a random number generator and the winner is announced on the page the next day, it’s as simple as that!
