Impressive service from TAO inc

I’ve always been a firm believer in great service being more important than the actual product, that’s not to say that great service will allow for an shoddy product, but I think you know what I mean. Over the past week or so I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with a company that has given me nothing but great service – TAO Inc is a garment embellishment (read: they print onto clothing, etc) that operates from Cape Town and should be taken into consideration next time you need some corporate branding done as my experience has been an absolute pleasure.

Over the past few months I’ve explored options for some product branding and some corporate clothing for the team, and I’ve had nothing but hassles, except for one other party that I didn’t go with due to budgetary allocation, but apart from that, hassle after hassle. See, when you’re a digital agency that specialises in online or a normal business, print media and the likes is a completely different ball game, so logo preparation is a nightmare, size understanding is difficult and there’s a string of other complications that we kept facing. Well, that was until I put a message out on Facebook looking for a company to do this for me and Gareth Reid from TAO inc popped me a message. After bouncing a few questions he took the bull by the horns and within a week I had received my branded clothing already! We ordered several golf tees and some fleece tops for these cold winter mornings we’re having in Cape Town!

The service I received from Gareth was mindblowingly professional and everyone else I dealt with at TAO inc was just as professional, which made the experience pleasurable and I will use TAO inc again and again from here onwards for any form of garment embellishment and I highly recommend that you do too. Gareth also explained me to that they could assist with product branding and the likes, so they’ll be my point of call when I explore the product printing again. I think what I enjoyed the most is that Gareth said to me that he’d take care of things and that I mustn’t worry and that left me doing what I do best and what he does best and all parties were happy.

A company like this deserves a mention here because I want you to also experience their service, so if you need anything done in this regard, take my word, you’ll be happy. On top of that, their pricing was incredibly good too, so it’s not like I paid a fortune for great service – great service at great prices.
