I think we all know that taking mobile devices and gadgets to bed is a bad idea, they prevent us from “switching off” properly and in the long run, destroy our sleep cycle. I’ve never really read up on this or done any research, but I came across this infographic that I think is worth sharing because there’s a lot of great knowledge behind it.
I am most certainly going to make an effort to keep the devices away.
Oh ya, the “do not disturb” feature on the iPhone is such a win!









I usually leave my iPhone in the PC cradle to avoid tinkering with it before sleeping, works well cos I’m a lazy git and won’t bother to get up to fetch it. If it happens to be next to the bed it’s on Airplane mode and the Wi-Fi, data & GPS is off.. can’t be any good to have all those frequencies just 30cm from you travelling through your pip for 8 hours a night!
