I’m not much of a coffee drinker anymore, in fact, it’s quite rare that I drink coffee these days due to it making me feel awful, but I can still appreciate a great cuppa now and then to kick the red eye and get my ace into gear.
There’s a really great new campaign, that saw Douwe Egbert invented a coffee machine that is dispenses a coffee when a person yawns. Haha, yes, you read that correctly, when you yawn, the machine gives you a coffee. The machine picks up facial movements, recognises a yawn and hands over a coffee.
The coffee machine was set up at OR Tambo International Airport, at the International arrivals terminal. Foreigners and locals returning to South Africa were pleasantly surprised to discover the machine that could read their minds and energize them after a long journey.
Take a watch:
Pretty awesome device – now it just needs a camera that snaps a pic of the person’s face when they receive the coffee and then posts that picture to Facebook ;)
