I come across great videos from time to time and this time it came from a mate of mine and it’s definitely worth the watch.

As I do every day, I load Google and this morning when it loaded, I saw a new Google Doodle. Hovering over the doodle showed that today is Freddie Mercury’s 65th Birthday and Google are celebrating it.
Clicking on the doodle will play you one of his most well known songs, which you’ll recognize, but you can go try, I’m not telling you which one.
For those of you who don’t know who Freddie is, shame on you, he’s the legend behind rock band sensation, Queen! He was born on September 5, 1946 in London and passed away on November 24, 1991 (may he rest in peace).

He was a legend!
Ok, so the title in my opinion isn’t that accurate as I feel I’ve heard some tracks which would definitely be in the top 10 but haven’t made this list. Nevertheless, there are some seriously banging tracks in this video, so I would recommend having a listen if you’re into some deep lashing beats!
If you know any dubstep tracks that you think should have made this list, please do leave us a comment and share the names, we’d love to feature more dubstep right here on iMod.
Enjoy..
Came across this awesome tune thanks to Ruark, nice and bassy so make sure that base is turned up and your headphones are sitting on comfortably because this is one tune you base heads will want to crank up!

I’ve been listening to a lot more hip hop over the past few weeks, I seem to chop and change my music quite a bit and right now it’s all about hip hop and dubstep, guess it’s the heavier deeper beats I’m after.
Must admit, the new Jay Z and Kanye West album is cranking, and let’s not forget about Kendrick Lamar! Anyway, came across this awesome track called Too Easy by Tyrese that features Ludacris and I reckon it’s a goodie.

Dubstep’s been growing and growing in popularity during 2011 and the sheer support for dubstep remixed of popular tunes is amazing. One track I absolutely love is Adele’s Rolling in the Deep.. it’s a pure winner!
Anyway, I’ve heard a lot of remixed and most of them suck, but then I came across this one and have to admit, I think they got it right.
Have a listen and let me know what you think..
Brian and Andrew have officially launched their second studio album, Running To Midnight. One of their new singles getting airplay is called Stars Above You and we’ve got the video below.
We’ve covered all sorts of Locnville tracks here, from Sun in my Pocket to Love Rush to 6 Second Poison and more, so it’s natural that we wanted to feature their new one.

Well done gents!
Oh how I love it when the power of the Internet stands up and groups together showing off their talents. I guess it’s all my years online that have dug me deep into these areas, so I relate to them differently, but I find it fascinating. Don’t get me wrong, this isn’t about supporting the acts of any movement, I just love this sort of thing.
The song’s entitled, God Hates Clowns and it’s aimed at The Jester, a hacktivist who is trying to reveal the true identify of the Lulzsec leader. You can read more about that here.

Here are the lyrics so you can follow along:
Yo mister jester, I got a question for you,
Where’s topiary, nakomis and that fucker sabu?
You talk a big game, Tryin hard to drop all the names,
The only leak you’ve made? That you’re an ignorant butt stain.
Juggle all the balls, why don’t you tell me a joke?
How ’bout that time you tried to sink my boys in the lulzboat?
What’s wrong, bro? You starting to choke?
The masters of the lulz remain afloat.
I guess “the jester” fits, your cheap magic tricks,
You wrote apache codes? I upgraded ‘em, bitch.
You wear a mask, I wear a fucking top hat,
We ain’t even in the same class, you fatass.
We’re the kings of the lulz, the fast cracking masters,
to all the snitches out there, we leaked your passwords, bastards.
I’m the hacker elite, your hacks are all obsolete,
What’s wrong bro, you freezin’ up? Here, ctrl+alt+del.
You’re like a plague, but only the annoying kind,
Like the one in that movie back in 1999.
You whitehat sucka, god you’re so misled,
I wouldn’t be surprised if you thought we were the Feds.
And antisec? We’re not just the solution,
We’re steps one and two to a global revolution.
Terrorist? Go on, fucka, we the heroes,
Floodin your servers, lotsa ones and zeroes.

I’ve always been a sucker for really deep emotional melodic music, so being told about David Cook’s new CD this evening really got me smiling. This music gets inside me, the lyrics touch my heart and I find myself being able to think clearly about what means the most to me.
I’ve had a listen to the album and it’s nothing short of brilliant – but this was never doubted was it? Take the time to have a listen, the songs are truly beautiful.
Here’s the track listing:

If you would like to have a listen, you can do so here.
If there’s one tune I’m absolutely loving at the moment, it’s Rolling In The Deep by Adele – what a cracker! It’s getting hugely popular too, I’ve heard it on Idols, So You Think You Can Dance and even Maddi Jane has done a cover.
Adele has burst into the scene and she’s seriously rocking out with some amazing tunes!
