Duca Del Cosma, a top international brand, is now available in South Africa. This exclusive range designed by Baldovino Mattiazzo, has been developed to bring the golfer unbelievably lightweight shoes that offer the highest technical comfort. Having enjoyed large success in the European market, Duca Del Cosma broke into the South African market late last year and has been widely accepted as one of the top brands in the industry. With both golf shoes and a wide range of leisure shoes and clothing, Duca Del Cosma gives every golfer the chance to enjoy a brand that not only compliments their golf swing but compliments their lifestyle too.
Available in a wide variety of colours and style, the shoes and accompanying clothing and bags are a truly colourful, vibrant collection full of the joy of life but fine-tuned to perfection by their technical experts. On the men’s side, Duca Del Cosma offers a perfect blend of cross-country qualities that provide the golfer with the right support while keeping up with the trends. Some of the ranges include Ducas that can be used on and off the course with a light weight function sole, Airplay 3 which is an extension of the original Airplay 1 which provides comfortable wearing, heighten heel for optimum stance and slender lines. Pushing technology to its limits is the Hybrid Protraction, which is for the most demanding of golfers, and has been developed and tested in conjunction with professional golfers.
Duca Del Cosma also has an extensive women’s range designed to be functional yet stylish. The award winning Hybrid ProTraction sole provides the woman golfer with top technology while combining the fashion of snakeskin patterns, shades of girly pink or the sportier look. The clothing range includes windbreakers, rain jackets, polo shirts and pants and even golf bags. Some of the professional women golfers who chose Duca Del Cosma include top players Maria Verchenova and Emma Cabrera-Bella.
What sets Duca Del Cosma apart from other brands is that it is not just about playing golf but it encompasses the golfers lifestyle. It is about quality, design ingenuity and the inclusion of style into the golfers every day life. Most importantly, Duca Del Cosma is all about enjoying life, on and off the course, and that practise, dedication and the right pair of shoes makes good players great!

I smile as I type this as these are just brilliant, a product from designspray (German website):
It’s one of those, why didn’t I think of that moments ;)

Whilst I’ve been collecting quotes for a shower, I’ve come across some pretty amazing showers and bathtubs, but this evening I found an awesome bathtub that I had to share with all of you.. the invisible see through bathtub:
How awesome is that?
The creators of this bathtub come from Boston and work at a firm called Stern McCafferty.
Matt Turner and Randy Lively, who are Apple fans with 30 years of experience in custom fabrication, decided to create a company called Material 6. The idea behind the company was to perfect the iPhone 4 experience by creating covers that are elegant and comfortable. The idea is that the wood replaces the glass back cover on the iPhone.
I’m sure you agree with me that this is a new level to covers – ok, so it’s not really a cover, but more a design addition, but nevertheless, you’ll agree with me that they’re pretty darn awesome?

This awesome desk by Nüvist is too cool to not blog about. I don’t have many words, apart from “I want!”.

Etsy always has gems and one of those gems was found this evening, an iPad stand using magnetic wood:

This wonderful piece was made by Anna from San Francisco and sells for just $27 (delivery to South Africa is $6.50 on top). All you do is place the two slim stands on either side of the iPad (any direction) and you’ll achieve a perfect balance – as simple as that.
Another bonus is that you can choose from maple, cherry or walnut wood, with cream, milk chocolate or charcoal felt lining :)
Grab it here.
